　ええと、就職活動が大変なのは、確かに学生の悩みだし、良い会社に入りたいけどその窓口がなかなか開かない、どうしたらいいのかずっと考えている 状態であることは間違いないです。でもだな、いかにもなベンチャー企業が、その将来性やブランドを過剰に喧伝して学生を惹きつけ、無料、あるいはバイトに も満たない賃金で結構キツい働かせて、ヘバる学生が出ると「根性が足りない」とか平気でブログやtwitterで書くのは、それブラックなだけだから。

　ベンチャーは深夜労働当たり前、働き倒して当然、だから成長企業なのだとか言ってるベンチャー経営者は、搾取とか傲慢という以前に問題外の駄目な 奴認定するほかないです。働きたい学生の、足元を見ているだけ。そんなのインターンじゃないですよ。ブラックリスト作って飯田橋に駆け込みたいぐらいで す。

　派遣社員切りとか他の会社の人事労務のありようは一丁前に批判したり笑ったりしているくせに、あるいは、最近の新卒は鍛え方が足りないとか使える 奴だけ残すとか都合の良いことを言うくせに、うちは面白いことだけを社員にやらせますだのこの業界の登竜門になります的な口当たりの良い話ばかりをするの はどうなんでしょうね。
